Three things that usually get a bug fixed in one reply:

Common answers

It won't install

You need iOS 26 or newer. Open the App Store link on the iPhone itself, not on a Mac.

Login fails, but the server works in a browser

Make sure the address has the scheme (https://) and any port or path your server sits behind. If your server supports OpenSubsonic API keys, the app offers that once it has checked the address. A key is safer than a password, and you can revoke it on the server.

Downloads disappear

iOS reclaims storage when the device is nearly full. SubSonify stores downloads so they survive the normal cleanup, but a device with no space left will still lose data. Free up some space and download again.

CarPlay shows nothing

CarPlay uses the account signed in on the phone. If the phone is signed out, the car shows a sign-in notice. There is no keyboard in a car, so sign in on the phone. The car picks it up right away.

The watch can't reach my server

The watch takes the login from the phone, so sign in on the phone first. After that it works on its own over Wi-Fi or LTE. One trap: a watch paired to a phone in airplane mode is not offline. It routes through a phone with no connection, and that fails in a way that looks like a server problem.

Nothing plays on mobile data

Streaming and downloads have separate cellular settings in the app, and downloads are Wi-Fi only by default. Check Settings.

I hit the daily limit

The free app plays ten songs a day. The count resets at midnight, your local time. Pro removes the cap. Nothing else changes, and nothing you downloaded is taken away.
